Be proficient with their instrument(s) of choice and display competence in a teaching role
Be comfortable supporting students who may be shy or struggling

Studio Arts EARS-ON Policy
At Studio Arts, we strive to make each and every visit a happy and stress-free experience for our students and their families. As such, we require all of our teachers to operate with their "Ears On"; this is Disney-speak for staying bright, smiley and positive at all times that they are "on-stage" (in the public eye), which, at Studio Arts, is all the time! When you come to work, your worries and troubles are left outside. Hakuna Matata!
