Terms and Policies

1) Fees: Lesson tuition is due each month. If lesson fees are not paid, Studio Arts reserves the right to terminate the student’s enrolment and assign a new student to the lesson slot.

2) Social Contract: If there is a conflict with an instructor, or a problem with the lesson environment, please notify Studio Arts administration. Feedback is appreciated and necessary to maintain and enhance all of the programs at Studio Arts. A participant’s involvement in a Studio Arts program may be terminated if unacceptable social behaviour is disturbing the learning process. Studio Arts administration will notify families if problematic behaviour is occurring. If unacceptable behaviours continue, the participant’s involvement will be terminated without refund.

3) Injuries: Parents, legal guardians of minors, students and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on Studio Arts property resulting from normal lesson activity or any other activity conducted by students or their families before, during or after their lesson time, including hearing loss or hearing damage. Hearing protection is available for purchase at the Studio Arts front desk. Studio Arts is not responsible for any damage done to vehicles or items stolen from vehicles.

Studio Arts reserves the right to change its policies, which will be posted at studioartsmusic.com and made available at the Studio Arts front desk.
